Peace of Mind, Dedication, and Trust
Companionship / Monitor
Provides meals, light housekeeping, laundry, assure medication intake, escorts to appointments, supervision, safety monitoring, and companionship. Offers Support and assistance with other activities of daily living. Does not provide hands-on care.
Nurse Aid / Home Health Aid
Provides and assists with all activities of daily living; bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, oral care, incontinence care, transferring, ambulating, passive or active range of motion, and more.
Licensed Practical Nurse
Provides individualized nursing care under the supervision of and according to the plan of care derived from physician’s orders and registered nurse assessment. Administers medications and treatments within practical nursing guidelines.
Registered Nurse
Assesses plans, provides, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with Liken Home Care policies and procedures, and according to the plan of care derived from physician’s orders, to provide for complete physical and psychological care of the patient.
